Returns and Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please contact us at katy@katyrosecollection.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

  2. Authorization: You will receive return authorization information.

  3. Shipping: We kindly ask that you cover the cost of shipping your item back to us.

  4. Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders, as in any commissioned work, are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Sale Items: Sale items may have specific return restrictions, which will be indicated at the time of purchase.

  • Digital Downloads: All digital items, including artwork, PDFs, or courses, may not be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

SHIPPING

Katy Rose Collection is committed to providing timely and reliable shipping for all orders. Please review the following shipping policy:

Domestic Shipping on Physical Goods

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard ground shipping within the United States.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Each fine art print is made-to-order so it typically takes the printer 2-3 days to ship your item.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Methods: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact us directly to inquire about shipping rates and availability to your location.

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the laws of the destination country.

Delivery of Digital Downloads

  • All digital downloads should arrive via email link immediately following the purchase. Please let us know if you have any issues. Courses are available within the private member area when you log in.

Order Processing Times

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. However, please allow additional processing time for custom or personalized orders (to be discussed at time of purchase).

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
