Travel Fees (Driving From Spring, TX)

To keep travel easy and transparent for schools, all fees below are calculated based on round-trip mileage.

Local Area (0–25 miles)

No travel fee.

Regional (25–75 miles)

$100 travel fee

Outer Regional (75–150 miles)

$175 travel fee

Long Distance (150+ miles)

For longer distances, I follow the IRS mileage rate (approximately $0.68/mile), or the flat-rate examples below.
Hotel accommodations may be needed for early-morning or multi-day programs.

Travel Fee: $225
Hotel: Not typically required unless the visit begins early.

Houston → San Antonio

Travel Fee: $250
Hotel: Optional, depending on visit timing.

Houston → Dallas

Travel Fee: $300 + hotel
